The Fit Mummy Post Natal Personal Coaching Programme

Sometimes following the birth of your baby you may be left with more than just a bundle of joy. Physical post partum problems such as diastasic recti, back pain and postural changes can leave you feeling far from your pre pregnancy self!

When facing issues like this it can sometimes help to have a bit more personalised attention to work on the problems you may be facing and also ensure you’re not exacerbating them. The Fit Mummy coaching programme may be the best way forward to achieve your goals.

Step 1 – The Initial Consultation

After joining the Fit Mummy Coaching programme you will receive the initial consultation form. Once this has been completed we arrange a time to meet, either face to face or over zoom to discuss your answers. This is a very important part of the process. The more we can get to know you, the issues you face, your goals and any fears or concerns you may have the more we can tailor your workout plan to YOU!

Step 2 – Your First Months Training Plan

Based on your initial consultation we devise a training plan for your first month. This will be explained during either a face to face personal training session or a zoom training session. We will make sure you know what each exercise in the plan entails and check that you’re performing each exercise correctly.

Step 3 – Monthly Training Plan Revision

As we approach each new month we revise and progress the training plan and make any adaptations necessary. Each monthly revision includes another face to face or zoom training session to ensure you feel confident with any changes. These monthly catch ups also give us the opportunity to discuss your progress and talk about any worries or concerns you may have.

Ongoing Access To Your Trainer Via Email

Alot can happen in a month and sometimes concerns may arise that you need to fill us in on. You can email your trainer at any time throughout your coaching and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We want to ensure your training plan is as safe and effective as it can be so if revisions need to made mid month due to injury/illness/personal circumstances we will do our best to accommodate.
